DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES
The model TMP series - Multistage centrifugal pump combined multiple liquid chambers (or stages) that are connected in series. Fluid enters the first chamber at suction line pressure and leaves at some elevated pressure. Upon leaving the first stage, the fluid enters the second stage where the pressure is increased further.
The more stages the pump has the higher the final discharge pressure. These pumps have the unique ability to produce higher and higher pressures with the addition of every stage, but flow range always remains constant for a given rpm. The pump's multistage design and high-quality materials ensure durability and reliability, providing long-lasting performance and minimizing maintenance requirements
Standard, construction and application
The model TMP - horizontal multistage centrifugal pump is made of cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, and the multistage centrifugal pumps are connected to by means of coupling to electrical motor on a strong steel base. The pump can be manufactured with mechanical seal or packing seal. All of the impellers are stacked in single direction on the same pump shaft. The rotors are perfectly dynamically balanced and the maximum stages can be up to 12stages. This multistage pump with various applications such as agriculture, wastewater treatment, oil & gasoline, chemical fiels and biofuel industry.
