Standard, construction and application

Lifetime of the pump are improved by the use of wear ring between the case and the cover for larger size of TIP pump.Large size of oil lubrication bearings are used and run steadily for a long time. Other bearing options available such as double row angle contact ball bearing.The impellers have axial balancing holes which can reduce the axial force efficiently and prolong the lifetime of the bearing. The standard flange is in DIN specifications with PN16 pressure rating. Hydraulic parts are an optimally designed. The efficiency is high and the high efficiency zone is wide.Variety of material for the main flow passage are available to manufactured based on customer requirement
